    Question **** Need your Expertise ****

    Hello Everyone,

    I am trying to learn Access database and i have started with small query. i have got the results but in different format.

    I have my query result in three column as you see in pic 1 (Chennai. Bank names, Bangalore bank Names and Mumbai Bank Names). but i wanted to have one column as bank name which has to vlook up in all the three states table to retrive bank names.

    Almost certainly you should not have the banks as separate tables. There should be one "banks" table. If you choose to keep it like this, you need a UNION query to get the desired result.

    I agree. Instead of 4 tables only 1 Banks table with a field for the city.
