    Linking Multiple Entry Main Form Field to Subform Data

    Hello,

    Is it possible to create a working link with a subform to main form field that has multiple values that relate the subform?

    For instance, in the main form each 'Vendor' has a 'Client Contacts' field with one-three entries. The 'Client Contact' pulls, based off a unique identifier, each of the three's personal information.

    Main Form Record:

    [Vendor] =ABC VendorName
    [Client Contacts] =Judy#32, Adam#54, Sarah#21

    Subform

    Line 1: Judy#32's Personal information...
    Line 2: Adam#54's Personal Information...
    Line 3: Sarah#21's Personal Information...

    Thank you very much!

    Yes , your subForm will be a multi row form. (Continuous records)
    Once linked as a sub form, you'll see the many records.

    Thanks,

    I'm pretty new to the more complicated aspects of Access, would you mind clarifying a bit more?

    My original form design only allowed for one entry per record in 'Client Contact' ie. [Client Contacts] =Judy#32. When this was the case, the subform was correctly pulling the corresponding information.

    Now, I need be able to add up to three per record. I changed the [Client Contacts] field from text to multi-value based off a table with all of the possible client contacts. Now, as I expected, when there are multiple contacts selected from the drop-down, ie.
    Judy#32, Adam#54, Sarah#21, the subform no longer works. Is there a way to fix this?
