Problem getting program to build correctly on Access 2016

I have a database which was originally built on Access 2003. I converted it successfully to Access 2010, but I did need to include the OFFICE 11 libraries. I have now moved from XP to Windows 7, and to Access 2016 on Office 365 home. I have included the OFFICE 11 libraries again, but the database does not seem to build correctly and won't run correctly. Any suggestions where to look? By the way I use a lot of VBA code in the database.

What does do you mean by, "I have included the OFFICE 11 libraries again"? Also, what is not working? What is happening, exactly, that tells you it does not work?

Hi, thanks for taking an interest. The OFFICE 11 libraries are a folder of dlls used by VBA. There seems to be a new OFFICE nn library with each version of VBA. I think the current is OFFICE 15 or 16. The OFFICE 11 was for VBA with Access 2003. Obviously my database must use some features which are no longer present, as I had to include the OFFICE 11 library when I went to Access 2010. I've included them again with Access 2016, and they cleared up most of the broken references reported when building the database. I have since found one further broken reference which I didn't notice before, and I've added the dll needed to solve that, and thank goodness my database now works.

So my problem is now solved. Thank you again for your interest.

    Why not reference version 16?

I do reference that as well. But my references include "fpdtc 1.0 type library" and "Microsoft calendar control 11.0" both of which don't appear to be present in the later office libraries. I suppose the controls which use them have all been superceeded, but I don't want to go back into a database I constructed several years ago and work out what needs changing. It works by including the Office 11 libraries. I am a believer in "If it ain't broke, don't mend it". I've been writing software of one sort and another for over 50 years, and many is the time that I have regretted changing something seemingly simple and ending up with days of work because of unforssen side effects of what I did.
