How to display individual rows or records in alphabetical order?

Hello, I am new to Access 2013 and to discussion forums. I am wanting to use Access to create a relational database that lists my private home library. I have created a table called Private Library. The individual columns, apart from ID are labelled in order as Title, Author, Publisher, Pages, Genre, etc., etc. The individual books will be entered randomly, but I want Access to display the individual record in alphabetical order. Is this possible, and if so, how is this accomplished?

    Queries.
most everything is done with queries. Make a query, sort the data how you want.

I agree with ranman, a form based on a query is the simplest and best method. You can sort many columns but the order of operations will be from the left to right so which ever the first sorted column on the left will be done first then the next moving to the right in the query. Good luck

I developed a database for my books a few years ago. It's attached as a .zip file here.
It has provisions for attaching a backend db if you need that in the future. I included all the tables in the FE so don't concern yourself with that now.
The db uses some tempvars, so you need Access 2007 or greater.
I don't think you'll have any references problems.
The DB has all my books, genres and authors. Delete at your discretion.
    Enjoy,
