    Reports creation calculated fields

    Hi Team,

I have created utilization table where i have calculated columns like Total Availability of student seats in a preschool and for that i have used Capacity and strength column. So availability will be Strength-Capacity.
Capacity is constant but strength will change every week.
Like wise i have one more calculated column as conversion ratio. For that i have Taken Total Strength and Total Capacity column.
And conversion ration formula is ([Total Strength]/[Total Capacity]*100])
But the problem is the results of the calculated fields are not getting stored in the table the calculation is only getting displayed in the form.

I have to create a report now nd i need to show the calculated fields there.Pls guide me step by step how can i do this as i am very new to access programming.

    Thanks
    Aparna

This is what most developers would want and recommend to others. If you can display the calculations in a form why are you having a trouble displaying them in a report?
