    Email Reports Problems

    Hi,

    I've inherited a split database.

When I email reports two of the data fields (displayed in columns) come out blank, while the rest of the report data comes out fine. I'm emailing the reports as rtf files.

When I view the reports within the Access Database all the data displays fine. Any ideas?

Thanks ever so for any suggestions.

I've solved this one now - apparently the two columns of missing data were set as list boxes, as opposed to text boxes. However, I couldn't find how to change this format on 2007, so I used a colleague's computer with Access 2003 to change the Format using the toolbars at top of the screen. Much easier!
