    emaildatabaseobject with date?

I have a end of shift query that gets emailed once the employee is finished with his shift and triggered by a close button. is there a way to have the date or other information in the subject line of the email? this is working great but its hard to tell from the emails received of which shift they came from until you open them.

    Sure. Something like:

"Here is the report for " & Date()

You can add the Format() function for a particular format.

I don't use macros, but this appears to work:

="Here is the report for " & Date()
