Options in Access suddenly changed and I can't get them back

Not sure what I did but now in every Database when I open or create a query the toolbar is missing. It's also happening in my reports. How do I get them back. I went into the options in Access but nothing helps. Have no idea why this happened nor am I positive on when this happened. Any help is appreciated.

Shot in the dark, but at the very top of the program there's a small dropdown arrow (Customize the QAT). One of the options there is to minimize the ribbon. Make sure that isn't checked.

First thing I checked. Here's what the query window looks like now. Although it seems to change everytime I open any Database. This one is not the same as one I opened an hour ago there was no Query tools Design tab the last one was the Database Tools Tab.

The ribbon can be customized File > Options > Customize Ribbon > enable/disable tabs. This is an application setting so it should be reflected in all dbs. What does your Access show for these settings? However, I notice that my Add-Ins tab is not showing for all dbs even though it is checked active. There is a Source Control tab listed and I don't think I have ever seen it in any db, no idea what its for https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Fo...orum=accessdev. Learning something new today.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
