    Query expression builder missing data

Hi All, I am new to access (literally 1 week experience), and I have a strange issue I am not sure how to resolve.

I have created several queries, the first one works fine, but can not for the life of me figure out how to use existing values inside any subsequently created query. I have attached 2 images. In the first one, you can see values available for use in the query. But in the second one, there are no value available. How do I correct this issue?

Hi Laughingbull, I am putting my mouse on the query. In the 2nd picture 'Daily Pitchers' is highlighted, but shows no parameters under expression categories. and in the 1st picture, 'Daily Hitters' is highlighted and works as it should. It shows the parameters under expression catgs

not sure why but you can type the fields in the expression if you know what they are. what query are you using in the 2nd expression> click on it on the left and the fields should come up.

Thanks for the response, It is very strange in deed. The reason I am hesitant to just start typing in expressions is my unfamiliarity with access may lead to mistakes and I have several hundred formulas i am converting from excel into an access database and when they look like this:
    Code:
    =Lineups!$B$7:$C$15,Lineups!$I$7:$I$15,Lineups!$L$7:$M$15,Lineups!$S$7:$S$15,Lineups!$V$7:$W$15,Lineups!$AC$7:$AC$15,Lineups!$B$25:$C$33,Lineups!$I$25:$I$33,Lineups!$L$25:$M$33,Lineups!$S$25:$S$33,Lineups!$V$25:$W$33,Lineups!$AC$25:$AC$33,Lineups!$B$44:$C$52,Lineups!$I$44:$I$52,Lineups!$L$44:$M$52,Lineups!$S$44:$S$52,Lineups!$V$44:$W$52,Lineups!$AC$44:$AC$52,Lineups!$B$63:$C$71,Lineups!$I$63:$I$71,Lineups!$L$63:$M$71,Lineups!$S$63:$S$71,Lineups!$V$63:$W$71,Lineups!$AC$63:$AC$71,Lineups!$B$82:$C$90,Lineups!$I$82:$I$90,Lineups!$L$82:$M$90,Lineups!$S$82:$S$90,Lineups!$V$82:$W$90,Lineups!$AC$82:$AC$90,Lineups!$B$101:$C$109,Lineups!$I$101:$I$109,Lineups!$L$101:$M$109,Lineups!$S$101:$S$109,Lineups!$V$101:$W$109,Lineups!$AC$101:$AC$109
It can seem a bit daunting

Ha! I figured it out. I closed my computer and switched to my laptop so I could sit by the Tv and all the parameters are showing correctly. From my experiment, I have to at least save and close the Query then open it again to show correctly.
