can I create/update an Outlook email group from my Access data?

I frequently export/import data between Excel and Access, but I can find no instructions on exporting a list of Access email addresses to Outlook so as to create or maintain a Mailing Group. Any guidance would be welcome, even if that is to state that it just can't be done.
    Many thanks

I am going to guess the only way is to use code and automate Access. The Contacts folder is not what it used to be and I do not believe the Outlook Wizard is of much use for anything other than .PST files. Having said that, there may be a way using Access' Export Wizard or a plugin for Outlook that uses Access or vise versa.
