Hide Scroll Bars for Form, but show Scroll Bars for Subform

I have a Form containing a SubForm and when opened scroll bars for both the Form and Subform appear.

To avoid confusion I want to hide the Scroll Bars for the Form and leave the Scroll Bars for the SubForm.
Can this be done? If so, how.

    Thank you
