How to create a "Make Table Query" without deleting the copy.

I have a table and a "Make Table Query" which I use to back up my tables. Although if I run it more then once, it deletes the first copy I made. Is it possible for a Make Table Query to make a new table without deleting the old one?

You could instead rename the previously made table that was created via the make table query. I do this usually adding an _ and the date.
