Select or Deselect to Show or Hide Chart in a form

Does anyone knows how can we make the chart data series is able to selectable to show or hide on a single chart in a form?

Example as follows, i wanted those data series can be select/deselect to show or hide in the chart.

If you are still working on this problem. The controls would have to be on the form not the chart itself, then the query driving the chart would have to be modified dynamically. The chart is a single object so you can't pick out individual controls on it (i.e. by clicking on the legend).
