You have a PDF. There's no need for a word doc.
Docmd.output ... AcFormatPDF...
The need for the PDF is only to allow the correct formating of the word Doc. If I create a word doc it drops some of the formatting. If I save to PDF and then open and save the PDF to word docx than it retains all of the original formatting.
