Report Records from One Field Shown on One Line Separated by Commas

    here's my dilemma.
Rather than use a line for each record I would like to have all on one line separated by a comma whereby saving many pages of printing. Grouping example:

    Instead of this: Joseph
    1.0
    3.7
    11.8
    22.9

    Have this: Joseph
    1.0, 3.7, 11.8, 22.9 etc...

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Received a Compile Error - user-defined type not defined on Allan Browns' ConCatRelated public function
    > Dim rs As DAO.Recordset <

That's very odd. DAO is now the default recordset type for Access (didn't use to be). Should not need to set a library reference and that line should not error. Allen's function is well-known and proven.

I do not reference the DAO library and my code works.
