Runtime version Access 2003 error 429

Trying to run Access program and get the following error statements.

SetupSpecs -Set properties: 429: ActiveX can not create object.

Tried all solutions known. I realized this is probably simple for most, but has stopped me cold. Using windows 8 and chrome.

What activeX object do you have on the form?
calendar?
