append to one table using multiple tables

I have an append query that was working fine. Then i split the table into 4 different tables and now the query doesnt work.
Will Access allow you to have 4 joined tables that then append different fields from those tables to one table?

Shouldn't be a problem if you drop all 4 tables into a new query, then try to append the fields you want, from each table, dropped into your grid. Is there a common denominator between all four tables?

Thank you, i checked all the fields and one of them was referencing a table incorrectly, it is working now
