Test data for queries

Okay, so I need to identify some test data for the queries i've created.
I'm not exactly sure how to lay this out but my queries are:
qrySmith
Which results in showing me the name of a customer, John Smith, his address, postcode, phone number and the service we provided to him.
qrySales
This results in showing me where the area were the highest number of sales/services provided by us
qryServices


This results in showing me the highest number of services in demand by our business (eg: constructing computer, reformatting, retrieving lost information/data, fixing viruses or bugs etc)
So how exactly do i create a layout to describe my test data for my queries
Could someone provide an example of just one, i'll construct the others myself.

no, i've already created my queries, but i have to create a layout which shows that the queries work. SO basically i need to identify a set of test data to test my queries efficiency. What would an example of this be.. Right now im roughly thinking of:
Table Name | Field Name | Test data | Outcome__________________________
CustomerInfo l CustomerName | ????? | Shows all infomration about john smith,
_________________________________ the services he used etc

What would go in the test Data section?

in this query test data could be type of service. You can give the user the option to select a specific service and see if the same has been provided to a Customer.

This lay out seems to be nice and see if your query can find information about all customers whose name starts with J or any other alphabet.

Under Test data, where it currently "????" i'll put Type of Service.
Then the outcome is "Had graphics card installed"

Yes. You are on the right track think like a user. Think all the different things that you want to find out from the database and you will be just Ok.
