    Question Locking the database

    How can I find out who is locking my database, because now I cannot update it.

    If there is an .ldb file in the same location as the database? If there is, use (for example) Windows Explorer (not IE) to find the owner of that file. If there is no .ldb file, the problem is something else.

    When you say you cannot update the database, do you mean you cannot make changes to the data, or that you cannot make changes fo forms, reports, etc.? There is a big difference between the two.
