access 2013 load data to sql server 2012

I am assigned to write a new Access 2013 application that meets the following requirements:

    1. Convert Access 2000 to Access 2013,
    2. Load Access 2013 table into sql server 2012 immediatly,
    3. Have the users enter the data via Access forms on their desktops.
The problem I see on the internet is there are no longer an Access project with the .adp nodes. Everything is now a web application. It looks like the best alternative is to use linked tables as a replacement for the Access project.
Thus can you answer the following questions for me:
    1. What solution would you recommend that I use and why?
    2. Can you give me detailed directions and/or point me to links (urls) that will tell me how to accomplish this goal?

    1. No need to convert the application. 2000 will run fine in 2013.
    2. you need a database admin to load the table into SQL srvr
once the table is there THEN you can run append query to move the data over.

    3. users can use access front end to enter data in to the SQL svr linked tables. You dont need the web app.
