Hi ,
Is it possible to set up that a report goes straight into the email body instead of the attachment (Pdf, word etc)
The bosses use their phones to view the morning report and they are not too IT savvy on opening attachments.

The report would have to be converted to a jpg or bmp or tiff file. AFAIK, Access does not have intrinsic capability.
Could concatenate data into email body.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
Thanks for June7

That sounds a good idea, do u know of any help guides to assist myself?
Thanks for your help
No guides that I know of. It is a common topic in forum. Start with https://www.accessforums.net/program...ook-21903.html
The referenced threads have examples of VBA code that opens Outlook objects. The SendObject method could also be used to send email with concatenated data in body.
Search web.
