Import multiple Excel Files into 1 access table

Hello, I have seen multiple people ask this question and get some responses, but I cannot always fully understand some of the code. I am very new to code and vba, I usually just use access without it.

I need to import multiple excel files all at once which are all located in one folder. I essentially need to import every file from the folder into the same access table. Same headings on each file, etc. I also only want to import the first tab on each excel sheet.

I cannot figure out some of the vba people send back. I am not sure where I need to add my table name, folder location of excel files etc.

Can anyone help with a somewhat 'VBA Code for Dummies' response?

Every situation is unique. Must adapt code. Since we don't know your details, you will have to write some code and post with description of issues encountered for analysis.
