dues paid on a month with no future dues paid

I have a query where I am trying to see who is a member whose dues were paid last month but not this month. I don't want anyone who paid after 3/31/15.

Does this table have ALL members listed? Each member is unique in this table? Do you maintain history of payments?

Not really sure what the issue is but maybe:

SELECT * FROM tablename WHERE DatePaid<#3/31/2015#

I did that but then I get records like paid 3/31/14. I have one table where all members are listed. Then I have another table where they paid there dues. I want to do twp things find members who paid for March but not yet paid for April. I also want to create a query for current members for the month but does not list future payments

What's wrong with that? It complies with the criteria you stated. Need to more clearly explain the issue.
