Changing information (the same info) in multiple tables

I have now been asked to create 'something' (form, query, whatever) that will:

    1. Allow the engineers to change the date in multiple tables for parts; and,
    2. Change (in)activity status information in those tables; and,
    3. Delete the same obsolete part(s) from two tables and add that information (one entry) into another table.

I'm not afraid that this is beyond me, please help, and remember, I'm not a programmer, need the info delivered in actual steps.

    Many thanks,

    Rebecca

You dont really have to be a programmer for Access. The wizard can help do it all.
start the wizard to build a form, it will ask you what table/query
    how to show it, etc.

It can add buttons, and ask you questions about what you want.
The action of everything can be assigned to a macro.
MAcros run queries, and forms...all you do is pick from a list of what you want done.

If the wizard cant help you, then read about the basics of Access forms, queries, tables, etc.
