Splitting a Database related questions

I have already split a database, and am wanting to add a couple tables to this. If I add it to the back end or the Front end though, it's not linked. How can I add tables to the split database, and get them to be linked from Front End to Back End?

You add the tables to the back end, then link them to the front end and redistribute the front end.

This question might be stupid, but how do I link it at that point? The Link Table Manager is grayed out on the Back End, and the Front End doesn't give me the option that I can find. I only know how to link all the tables at once, not an individual table.

In 2007, click on the External Data tab, then Access in the Import section. At that point you can choose to link rather than import.
