How do you get the subreport to print on the same page as the main report?

    Hello all!

I have a sub report (very very tiny... only 3-4 records and 2 fields maximum) that I need printed on the same page as the main report.

Currently, when I print them out, they print onto separate pages even though there is PLENTY of room on one page. The main report only takes up about 3/5 the page so it could easily have the sub report at the bottom.

How do I tell Access to do that?

    Thanks!

You need to fiddle around with a few things to see what is causing it to roll to the next page... one presumes there is NOT a page break control inserted there ...you will find that as a control available in the ribbon

one idea ; In the Group/Sort property, there is options to 'Keep with Group'...now this doesn't relate specifically to a sub report but depending on how things are laid out overall it could have an impact...

otherwise be sure to tighten up all your white space while in design mode so things are as small as can be....if there is a lot of white space at the bottom - pull up that bottom frame....
