    How to... have information entered into a text-boxes/drop-downs stay, after adding/updating a record

    After I update a record, I want certain text-boxes/drop-downs to continue to hold the information I entered there for the next record, until I decide to enter something else there again.

    Use code in control AfterUpdate event to set DefaultValue property.

    Me.ControlName.DefaultValue = Me.ControlName
