    Limited use

I have a small Customer Database that I copy on a weekly basis and provide to my Sales Team. I need a method of limiting the time that the copied DB can be opened by the Sales Team. This is to ensure that the sensitive Customer files are not poached if a member of the Sales Team feels that the grass is greener on the other side. The copy does not have access to the Tables and any reports would be very time consuming to capture the full Customer files. Any help would be appreciated

You could use the onTimer event to close the DB after a certain amount of time with the DoCmd.Close. But if someone want the data they can get it over a period of time regardless of a time limit you impose, you are fooling yourself if you think this will stop someone from gathering customer data. Hire people you trust!
