    how to convert a string to date in the macro (web App) ??

    What does the string look like? Can you use CDate() function?

    Was afraid of that. Apparently not many functions are. What about Format(), Mid(), Left(), Right()?

    Without CDate conversion function, any manipulation will still be just a string.
