Records missing in Access linked table (Linked to a CSV file)

I have a 14899 record CSV file exported from GOOGLE Admin console. I linked that into my ACCESS 2007-10 database and discovered that only 14717 of the records are showing in the access side of the linked table. However... when i actually IMPORT the CSV into the local table in MSAccess all 14899 of the records make it and are visible. Any thoughts on how I'm losing records when doing the linkiing to the CSV would be appreciated.

If you want to provide CSV file for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

I'd love to.. but it contains proprietary personal information about users.. so i can't.

This is a very odd issue and no idea what the cause is.

Can only suggest you import the data. If this is a periodic process, that can be handled programmatically.

If you know which records are missing when you link to the CSV file, you could open the CSV file using Notepad++ and set the option to view all symbols (View/Show Symbol/Show All Characters) .
Maybe that would show what is different for those records..
