    Access group/ungroup similar to excel

Hello, I 'm very new to access 2010 ,but i've been using excel 2010 for a long time.
In excel there is GROUP/UNGROUP feature which enables me to temporarily hide/unhide a section of a sheet ,rows or columns.
Example: hide /unhide rows 5-10 , 15-20, is very easily done with just couple of clicks.

Is is possible to do that in access table?

    I have 200 employees database. ID 1-200.

Can i hide/unhide ID 20-30........40-50.... without creating queries or other tables?

    Thank you.

if you're talking about in a datasheet view (basically what you see when you open a query or a table) no, it's an all or nothing in terms of which ROWS you can see, you can hide columns in datasheet view only.

If you want to suppress certain rows you would need to either create a query or a report and filter the report or do some magic with rowheights.
