    Web Browser

    Good day,

I am new to Access 2010 and is in the process of creating a database that will display locations on Google Map based on a latitude and longitude.
I have already created my queries and forms and added a Web Browser. My problem is that the web browser is only displaying the static base map and not reading the latitude and longitude to display the geocoded point.
Can I have some assistance please. I have attached a snip of the web browser insert hyperlink.... I created an Expression that merged my latitude and longitude --this is what you will see as Exp1...

    Please help!!!!

I don't understand the question, are you attempting to strip the number values out of the hyperlink address at the bottom of your form?

Well I was doing some research after this post. What I did was create a text filter on a Form which results in the latitude and longitude based on a searched name or address. What I would like to do is include a button on the coordinates that would link on the click to Google Maps and place a placemark on the point. What I would like assistance with is the Macro code or Expression that would be suitably used to grap the coordinates and display the on Google Maps.

    Thanks for the response above.

If you have built the hyperlink correctly can you cut and paste it into a web browser and have it work?

If you can do that can't you just use the application.followhyperlink strHyperlink, , true to fire it off?

where strHyperlink would be your constructed hyperlink.

Anything I know I learned by messing around with things I didn't know how to do, and I still do when researching questions on this forum so I wouldn't be a tremendous help for certification courses.
