Access database VBA programming stopped working, locking up Access

I am using Access 2010 with Windows 7. This morning when I opened a data base the programming had stopped working. I get an error message of "Module Not Found" and if I try to open a form I get "Microsoft Access can't add, rename, or delete the control(s) you requested." Other Access databases I have on the computer with similar programming work perfectly . How can I resolve this problem?

Is this a split design db? Is the frontend an accdb file?

Hold down the shift key when opening database to override default procedures. Now check out the code.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
