Histroy Data storage in same table of Microsoft access 2010

    Hi All,
My question is how to store history data and can be viewed in the same table of Microsoft access 2010. To give a clear view I have four cases that can occur in each of Model and Major part.

    In model
: There are set of models which has standard Design group and each group has Zpartno. and partno. which tend to change. Also each Z partno. Has its own partno. which also change often. Due to this change always history Z partno. or Partno. should be saved in the same table. (like a tree structure)
    Model

    1. S24_Z40011403_A4002400218 (Design group_Z part no._Part no.)
    2. S24_Z40011403_N400240021877 (Design group_Z part no._Part no.)
    3. S24_A4002400218 (Design group_Part no.)
    4. S24_N40024002185 (Design group_Part no.)

    In Major part
: There are set of standard variants and each variant has its Z partno. and Partno. which tend to change. Also each Z partno. has its own partno. which also change often. Requirement here is also same i.e. to save history data on same table.
    Majorpart

    1. X210008508_Z50474402_A9702603313 (Variant_Zpart no._ part no.)
    2. X210008508_Z50474402_N400240021878 (Variant_Zpart no._ part no.)
    3. X210008508_A9702603313 (Variant_ part no.)
    4. X210008508_N97026033135 (Variant_ part no.)

In these cases what can be the primary key to further related tables. Any form of inputs is highly helpful. Thanks in advance!

    Create 4 Table Model , Variant , Z PartNo , PartNO
    Use following relationship

    Model 1----------Many Z PartNo
    Model 1----------Many PartNo

    Variant 1----------Many Z PartNo
    Variant 1----------Many PartNo
Hope that will solve your issue.

Thank you @A S MANN. It gave me a good input to think.
I can be more specific. I need to create a form to add data to a table for this kind of structure. Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance!
