Hi,
I was looking for a Complex database which I could use as an ideal example to build up my concept. I know "AdventureWorks" is a good example of that which is used for Sql server but is it possible to be opened in Access as it's extension is .mdf? If not then is there any other database with similar complexity?

No. It's a separate download but is it good enough?

Only you can decide that, but it's basically the Access equivalent of Adventure Works, ie the standard sample template.
