#Name error on Report's Control Source

So I have a query that filters a table to one record. I want the data in this query to be thrown into a pre-made report. Query name is ECNQ, and one of the field names is ECN#. I put =[ECNQ].[ECN#] and =[ECNQ]![ECN#] into the report's control source for a text box and get a #Name error. Tried DLookup too. Am I missing something?

Solved my own issue I made a blank report and did not give it a report control source. Sorry :3
