    Combo box/list for data entry.

I am sure this can be done in some way but I seem to be getting no where.

What i want to do is have a form where a person puts there name in a control box and then they chooses another value into a second control box.( i have got this far.) I then have a table below for data entry, and what i want is for every record created, to have the information from the second control box.

Is this possible or is there a better way

    Many thanks
    Geoff

I have done some more research and maybe I can explain what I am after abit better

I want a form with a subform linked by a field called CompleteCrsCode. However I want to use the subform for data-entry. So when the user is imputting the records in the subform i want the CompleteCrsCode-child field to be automatically filled in depeding on what is in the master field in the main form.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Many Thanks

    Geoff
