Problem editing Memo field in a subform

My DB has a table which stores notes on individuals' activities. An individual's info is displayed in a main form with several sub-forms, one of which is the Memo sub-form. It is limited in size and vertically scrollable. The display aspect works OK. When an individual's note is contained within the allotted rectangle, the note can be extended by simply typing at the end. However, if the note can't be read in its entirety without scrolling, then adding to the note is a problem as the display keeps reverting to the first portion of the note, i.e. the part that is displayed before scrolling.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

PS: This DB was developed in 2002 with Access 97 and I believe that there weren't any meaningful restrictions on the size of the field then. Has that changed?

    1. memo field is not really limited. You can put a truckload of data there.

Did you try ctl-End to goto the end of the memo?

The problem is not getting to the end of the thread. The problem is getting the cursor and display to stay there while the note is extended. I suspect it may be happening because the field is updating with each character. I'm going to try some VB beforeUpdate ... or something.
Thanks for confirming that the memo field is practically unlimited.
