Query Giving ID instead of Text in report

WHERE ((([Unsafe Act ].Date) Between [Forms]![frmSafetyReportOut]![startDate] And [Forms]![frmSafetyReportOut]![endDate]))
GROUP BY [Unsafe Act ].[Audit], [qryTag].[Tag]
HAVING ((([Unsafe Act ].[Audit])=[Forms]![frmSafetyReportOut]![cboConditionAct]))
ORDER BY Count([Unsafe Act ].[Source Of Tag]) DESC;


I am trying to run this query and query works fine however I am trying to run a chart on the report which shows ID's of Tag instead of txt of Tag


Can anyone see What I am doing wrong ?

Common topic. Do you have lookups in table? http://access.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm

Must include the lookup source table in the query by joining on the key fields then the related descriptive info will be available.
