Lightbulb Search with in a Query

I need to select records from a table that have "Pedometer" in a field. Problem is that there are other words before and after "Pedometer". What is the best way to do this.

    Thanks, Paul.

I was having a block for some reason this morning. But typing my question was like pseudo code because the second I posted the answer hit.

But thanks for confirming it for me.
