    Question Saved imports and exports disappeared from manage data tasks view

    All saved imports and exports are still there since a macro allows them to work, while they can't be changed or referred to at manage data tasks.

    Yes, is there a way to get them visible again? They are still there, since my macro imports and exports using them.

    The tables are gone when the data imports?
    Is the database hidden?
    Are the tables hidden? (set db view tbl properties to see all tables)

    Both the imports and exports work OK. The tables come in and are not hidden. The database is not hidden. The tables are veiwable on the DB view Tbl properties tab.

    Hi Just wondering if you got an answer to this? Same thing has happened to mine. When you go External Data > Saved Exports, none of them are showing. Yet when you go into a macro and do RunSavedImportExport they are all there. I've tried compact and repair and it's no different. Don't think uninstalling access and reinstalling it will do any good, as i've tried opening the database on another PC and it has the same problem. Also tried creating a new test database and creating an export and again no problems. So I think the problem is to do with the database itself, but I don't know how to fix it.

    @ChrisA1967,
    FYI, what you have done by posting your question under someone else's post is called "Hi-jacking a thread". You should have created your own post and referenced this post by including this thread's URL.

    Few, if any, will see your post & problem because it is under the OP's post.

    Just sayin.............

    FYI it was to alert the OP. I have the same problem as them so maybe they solved it. If no response or no help from other avenues after a few days I may start a new thread. Although don't know what it's really got to do with you

    @ChrisA1967,
    My post was just to let you know you probably WON"T get any help/responses because you hid your problem in a thread started by someone else. (aka "Hi-jacking a thread")

    Although don't know what it's really got to do with you
    It doesn't have anything to do with me, but it does have a lot to do with you.
    I was trying to let you know that "Hi-jacking a thread" is not a good thing and you probably won't get many (if any) responses.

    But I can tell you aren't interested in what I have to say, so I won't bother you ever again on any of your posts.

    Good luck..
