    General Ledger Database Needed

    I'm looking for a General Ledger database that support multiple profit centers. Any suggestions? Thanks, Eddie

    Steve, no go... the first is an Excel spreadsheet and the other two don't even have an Income Statement or Balance Sheet. Let me expand... I have converted all the client's custom operational software (OE, AR, Inv Ctl, AP, Job Cost, Payroll, Purch/Rec) from COBOL to Access/SQL Server and was trying to avoid General Ledger since it's so generic. I would accept QuickBooks, but you can't import into its Journal Table. Other products like Great Plains, Foundation, etc. want to sell you the entire package which is cost prohibitive. If I can't find anything else by the end of the calendar year, I may need to rewrite the GL myself, but I'm trying to avoid that. Any other thoughts? Eddie
