Expand entire row not just single cell in a Report

My name is Philip Hajek and I am with the City of Kalamazoo. I am working on an access database and am having some trouble formatting. This is probably a commonly asked question but I cannot find a solution.

In a report we are using we have set a cell containing descriptions to word wrap / Grow as more text is entered into it. I need the entire row to expand not just the single cell. What code / properties do I need to adjust to accomplish this?

The screen shot I have attached shows the single cell that is growing while the rest of the cells in that row remain the same size. I need the entire "Parks and Rec" row to grow with that single cell.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much for all your help on this wonderful forum!

    With Appreciation,
    Phil Hajek
