    VBA Code

I do have an Address Correction Form. When I select the Name in the Combo the address data fields appear in the Form. It is based on the NameID field. What I need is that the Address Label of the selected name should also appear in the Form. Please let me know the Code to be incorporated.

    No more code needed.
The form should have all the fields you want shown.
The form should be connected to the table for Name data
the combo event should filter on NameID (sounds like it already does)
Once the filter is on , ALL fields will fill in.

You say "the address data fields appear in the Form," so what is the Address Label, if not a Field in your Table?
