No, controls on form do not shrink and grow. That's why textbox and listbox have a vertical scrollbar.

Could programmatically change the height property but based on what criteria? Why do you feel this is necessary?

You are using a listbox on a report? I have only done that once and have to size the listbox to hold greatest possible number of items. I don't think will get what you want with a listbox on report. As I said, could try programmatically changing height property, perhaps based on number of items. Sounds complicated.

Only alternative I can see is: http://allenbrowne.com/func-concat.html

Good morning June7 and thank you very much for your help

I know that is totally wrong to use listbox in report but really i didn't know any other way to make this week planner report. As i told from the beggining my knowlage in vba is just for simple things

Do you have any idea on how can i build this report without using listboxes?

    Thanks again for your help.

I don't know your data structure so can't be sure but maybe subreports instead of listboxes.

Otherwise, I am inclined to think will require a lot of VBA. The referenced link is one possible approach.
