MS Access Error Message: 'C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\OFFICE\UTILITY.MDA' is not a valid path

I recently converted to Windows 7 and this message appears when I try to open a database. Any suggestions?

'C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\OFFICE\UTILITY.MDA' is not a valid path. make sure the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.

Sounds like a missing reference. Are you able to open the database at all?
