Refreshing a table from the form

I have a form 'A' created from table 'A'. After data is entered into the form and the "New Record" button is selected, it registers in the table as it should.

I have created within the form the following buttons: First Record, Next Record, Previous Record, and Last Record.
My issue is, after the blank form is ready for new data, the process has caused the above buttons to respond out of order, meanin First Recordwill not go to the first record. I goes to New Record. Next Record goes to a new record, and Last Record goes to first record
After I close the database and reopen, the buttons work fine until I make another entry into the table from the form and the problem starts all over again.
How can I eliminate this issue please?

Need code to analyse. Or provide the db. Follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
