Able to change column color and column word wrap?

I have a form that has a subform that’s in datasheet view. Two questions:
1)In the subform, can I have every other column be one color and the other column’s be another? So the column’s would alternate between, say, yellow and white? If so, how?

2)In the same subform can I change the column heading names to be two lines instead of the one line? So almost like a word wrap. I have some long column names and would like to see most of the names without having to change the column widths. Again, if so, how?
    Thank you.

Not with Datasheet view as far as I can tell.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
