Data transfer and Mysql

I have been looking for a data integration technology.
We have been searching and have had some advice. But we have not found the right software yet.

We are needing the ability to migrate contacts and data on a daily basis. The transfer will be made manually. Maybe someone could help me?

Well for any advice you need to specify the direction of data migration Access - Mysql or Mysql - Access. In our organisation our main database is in Postgresql but our remote projects due to lack of proper computer knowledge and infrastructure uses standalone computers with either open office base or access databases. So if you will tell what you are really looking for I may be able to suggest something.
