You can use an OrderBy Clause in a query. Are you using the Query Builder to create your query? There is a Sort property for each field in the grid.

The query is an old one, I used the wizard to build it .. I want to edit it now to change the order of results ..

Can you please tell me how to edit it ?

    Thanks

Right Click on the query and select Design View.

There is a sort order for each data item in the design view. You can select either ascending or descending. Remember, sort works from the left-most sort values first, so make sure you set them right!

It would be great if you could follow the link in either RG's or my signature to mark the case solved.

    Thanks!
